Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item. In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the first item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Eleganto.eu | Michael Steinweber, Petzlberg 2, 84571 Reischach, E-mail: info[youknowit]eleganto.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. It is sufficient for the withdrawal period if you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will any fees be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return shipment. For goods exceeding usual household quantities, the return shipping costs are estimated at approximately EUR 100.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts concerning the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been broken after delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the contract conclusion, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the contract are located outside the European Union.

General Information

Please avoid any damage or soiling of the goods. Return the goods preferably in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.

Please do not return the goods to us without prepayment of the shipping costs.

The above items (1-2) are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
